Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

Zenvy Glow reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24–72 working hours after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

Zenvy Glow is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been opened or used.

Exchanges are only applicable if:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The wrong item is delivered

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
