Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle refunds:

  • You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are only offered for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us at orders@zenvyglow.pk with your order number and photos (if needed).

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at orders@zenvyglow.pk.
